1. COVID-19 SHIPPING UPDATE


At Miss V's Luminous Crystals, we are committed to the health and wellbeing of our customers. We are following all recommended safety protocols, and processing your orders in our normal timeframe.

As shipping carriers continue to adjust to the shifts in their industry, customers may see delays once your order leaves our hands. For time sensitive orders, please allow 1-3 days of additional shipping time to account for the impact on delivery drivers.

2. ARE THE CRYSTALS THAT I ORDER THE SAME AS THE CRYSTALS IN THE PHOTOS?

We will send crystals, as close as possible to the photos on the website, each crystal is unique and it is almost certain that the crystal in the photo has already been sold, in which case you will receive an equally beautiful crystal. Some of the larger crystals are sold individually in which case you will receive the crystals that are in the photos.


3. HOW LONG BEFORE MY ORDER IS SENT AND I RECEIVE IT?


We gladly accept all major credit cards (i.e. VISA, MasterCard etc.) or PayPal.
We will send your order within 1-2 business days of receiving your order, depending on your location you should receive your order within 1 to 8 days. Some remote areas of Australia can take an extra few days depending on your location.

4. HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY CRYSTALS?

We gladly accept all major credit cards (i.e. VISA, MasterCard etc.) or PayPal.

We’re sorry for the trouble! First, make sure that your shipping and billing details are correct. If that doesn’t work, try contacting your bank about the payment. If you’re still having an issue, drop us a message and we’ll do our best to help!

During the first stage of checkout, look for a box beneath your order summary. Enter your code and click ‘apply,’ then watch the magic happen. Remember only one discount code can be used per order!

Discount codes cannot be used on our sale items.

8. CAN I LAYBY A CRYSTAL?

We get it! Sometimes things don't happen as planned. Sometimes you just need a bit of extra time. So if you really must have that Crystal and need to discuss a Layby plan please contact us admin@missvsluminouscrystals.com.au.

9. IT SAID THERE WAS 1 QTY AVAILABLE WHEN I PLACED AND PAID FOR MY ORDER, BUT NOW I'M TOLD ITS OUT OF STOCK!

Although we update the details on the website daily (in the evenings) to ensure all content is accurate, and all of our items on the website are available and in stock.

Due to some products only having a quantity of 1, you may find that when you have paid for your order, that someone may have just beaten you to it! If we are unable to order another like it and there isn't another Crystal calling your name we will happily refund you immediately!
